Gayane Goren is an accomplished professional with a strong background in project management.  She currently works as a PMO Engineer at Astroscale Israel, a leading startup in the field of space sustainability, where she plays a pivotal role in defining and standardizing processes, managing tasks, and supporting the engineering team.

Prior to her current role, Gayane served as First Lieutenant and Head of Cyber Projects Team in Unit 8200 of the Israeli Intelligence Corps, where she led the development of work processes for cyber system operators and managed the training of key personnel.

Gayane is passionate about education and mentoring, having worked with middle-school students at the Ramon Foundation, where she guided them in winning a competition to plan a scientific experiment performed aboard the International Space Station.

She holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University, and she is deeply committed to contributing her skills in both the private and non-profit sectors.
